Can I switch at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and the amount is calculated proportionally.
Is there a trial period?
The Free plan is unlimited and free and requires no credit card. You can try all basic features for as long as you want.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation period. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Billing is monthly by credit card via Stripe. Additional payment methods are being continuously added.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is completely free and requires no payment details. Payment information is only required when upgrading to Starter or Business.
What happens when I exceed the limits?
When you reach a limit, you will be informed and can upgrade to a higher plan. Existing data is of course preserved.
